One on the left, one on the right. That’s how we divided up our work in the last few days before Christmas Eve.

It was beautiful, but also exhausting. It was cold outside, but our hearts were warm. This warmth was due to the joy of the children to whom we brought gifts and the hope seen on the faces of some lonely old people in this world, whom we managed to visit during a busy time. They hugged us, not for the food in the bag, but for the joy of not being forgotten. Together, we made a difference again.

With carloads of gifts from Operation Christmas Child and the others prepared thanks to your involvement, people with a heart for people, in the last few days, we have been driving through some villages in Vaslui county on snowy and muddy roads. We dressed and shod children together, distributed gifts to the little ones and food parcels for the elderly. And on top of all this, we brought the news of the birth of the Child in the manger, Jesus, the most wonderful gift given to us all.
