The most beautiful holiday of the year is fast approaching, eagerly awaited by all children and beyond. This is the time when most parents want to give presents to their little ones, to see their joy and sincere smiles.
Unfortunately, for many families, this remains an unattainable dream. We know this because, in the course of our work, we have experienced the plight of many people in disadvantaged communities. Families living in forgotten places where jobs, transportation, infrastructure and sometimes even hope are lacking. There are parents who can’t afford to buy a present for their child or, sadder still, wouldn’t even have the money to buy it.
Last year, with your support, we managed to bring smiles and joy to the faces of hundreds of children. These moments would not have been possible without you – big-hearted people who choose to do good where it is most needed.
This year, we want to repeat this miracle and reach out again to those children who dream of a gift, of a little joy to brighten their holidays. We need your help!
